Job Description
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the ambulatory/primary care setting, including assessments, care planning, and patient education. Administers vaccines and medications, and evaluates the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
- Current Unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Ambulatory or Acute care setting
- Knowledgeable about wellness promotion
- Wound care certificate preferred
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
