
Job description
Perform layout, setup, operating, and tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled, and computerized machine shop equipment producing quality products. Work from blueprints and process sheets. Troubleshoot and diagnose processes to eliminate variability and improve throughput.
Manufactures and inspects detailed parts and tools from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and verbal instructions using a variety of machining tools and equipment. Writes and proves out CNC programs. Verifies the quality of their product and accuracy of all work.
Must have the ability to take dimensional inspections and interpret the results against the provided blueprint. Must be willing/ able to work overtime and weekends as business needs require. Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs.
