
Job description
The Account Director is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract. The Account Director establishes the strategic objectives and goals for the account and directly manages a team of functional leaders with accountability for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility.
Manages the day-to-day client relationship of one or more client accounts in a geographic region within Global Occupier Services (GOS) across one or more service lines, including Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Portfolio and Workplace Strategy.
This position requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, technical skills, organization design & management skills, communication skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of management experience, experience in directly leading and managing teams, client, P&L, and contract management experience, and experience in the management of an integrated services account.
