
Job description
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas of property management, including administrative support, lease administration, and tenant relations. This role requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Sr. Assistant Property Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
The Assistant Property Manager will provide administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, and filing. They will also assist with lease administration, prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts, and oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
This role requires strong customer service skills, organization, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of real estate property management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
