Groundskeeper, Multifamily

Role Overview

As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of our apartment communities. You will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and office staff to provide world-class service to residents.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the property landscape, cleaning public areas, snow removal, and pool cleaning. You will also provide customer service to residents and may be called upon to assist with other projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take direction in English or Spanish
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Effective listener and team player
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
