
Job description
The HRIS Senior Systems Analyst plays a critical role in protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of People data for 55,000 employees across 60+ countries. This role requires strong attention to detail, a working knowledge of Workday security and reporting, and a commitment to data governance.
Execute and maintain least-privilege access model, evaluate and approve access requests, identify and remediate access risks, lead SOX access controls, and prepare audit evidence.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Security, Access Management, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
