
Job description
Responsible for the management of a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the terms of the property’s management agreement. Provides management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
Perform lease administration duties, monitor collections, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop operating and capital budgets. Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams to achieve client goals.
Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and 3+ years of property management experience. CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process is preferred.
