
Job description
Serve as senior executive relationship manager for a large, global client account. Define and execute the overall account vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned to client business objectives. Lead multidisciplinary account teams across Integrated Facility Management, Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, and Workplace Strategy.
Drive client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement across all service lines. Maintain full P&L ownership, including budgets, forecasts, profitability, and EBITDA targets. Identify and execute opportunities for service expansion, increased share of wallet, and contract renewals.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing account leadership team. Foster a client-first culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. Partner with HR on talent planning, succession planning, performance management, and DE&I initiatives.
