
Job description
Lead a large, complex global client account within Global Occupier Services (GOS) as a senior executive relationship manager. Define and execute the overall account vision, strategy, and performance goals aligned to client business objectives.
Serve as senior executive relationship manager for a large, global client account, lead multidisciplinary account teams, drive client satisfaction, innovation, and continuous improvement, maintain full P&L ownership, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
This role requires a strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and experience leading leaders within a matrixed organization.
