Requirements
- Deep knowledge of design thinking principles and strategic design methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience in client-facing roles and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Technical proficiency in industry-standard software
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
- NCIDQ certification (highly preferred)
- 4-6 years of experience in the commercial design industry
