Program Analyst/Task Lead

As a Senior Program Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate complex healthcare transformation programs while ensuring strategic alignment with VA objectives and Veteran-centered outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead systematic analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness for VA initiatives, develop and maintain comprehensive evaluation frameworks, execute program analysis activities, measure program success, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required
• 8+ years of experience that may include program analysis and evaluation for complex organizational initiatives
• Proven expertise in systematic program assessment methodologies and performance measurement
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with ability to measure program success and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage leadership, gather requirements, and communicate findings

Benefits

• Salary Band: 100-115k (Depending on experience)
