Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead IT Operations contract for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), overseeing a multi-disciplinary teams delivering hybrid cloud management, AI-enabled services, IT asset management, and end-user support across the DHS enterprise.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary Government-facing point of contact, direct and coordinate day-to-day program operations, lead transition-in activities, manage program financials, and develop and maintain program management plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of federal IT program management experience
• Security Clearance: eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust (US Citizenship Required)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) — Preferred
• ITIL v4 Foundation — Preferred
