Production Supervisor

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety within our manufacturing plant. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of production operations, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

What You Will Do

Monitor production processes, identify areas for process improvement, maintain quality control, allocate resources, enforce safety protocols, maintain production records, and facilitate training programs.

Requirements
