Job description
Provide assistance to production lines to ensure achievement of organizational goals. Resolve customer complaints and initiate corrective action. Develop supplier relationships in partnership with Sourcing Department.
Adhere to established safety policies, procedures, and practices. Support continuous improvement and organizational goals. Provide good customer service and identify/provide/assess training for hourly associates.
Requires teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to identify and implement cost reductions/value analysis and maintain quality systems manufacturing procedures.
