Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in fast-growing startups
- Natural ability to sell and success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets
- High work morale and 'sense of urgency'
- Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do
- Proactivity and ability to take ownership of everything you do
- Strong ability to create collaboration and trust between people, as well as win trust from business leaders
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills at a leadership and board level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Humility and a passion for building and developing new businesses
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Big plus if you have a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem
