As a Customer Support Employee at PinDirect by Cyber & Mason, you will work in a team of 5 direct colleagues and be the first point of contact for all customers, both by phone and by email. In addition to a number of fixed tasks, you will also have a lot of ad-hoc work. This makes your day dynamic and varied.
Requirements
- Comparable work experience or experience that fits well
- Excellent command of the Dutch language. English and/or German is a plus
- Affinity with payment services is welcome
- Customer- and solution-oriented and set the right priorities
- Communicatively strong and commercially oriented
- Work independently, but feel at home in a team
