Federal Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity and IT Services)

Cybervance is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a highly visible role in advancing the company’s growth strategy across the federal cybersecurity market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related technical field
• At least ten years of practical senior level business development experience
• Strong track record of 3-5 years of experience in the federal and military space as a business development manager
• Skilled at using market research and lead generation to align company capabilities and business development operations with market trends and contracting opportunities
• Excellent communication, team building, relationship management, and proven ability to successfully coordinate cross-functional business development and proposal teams
• Demonstrated ability to work closely and positively with executive leadership team and operational program staff to drive initiatives and collaboratively develop business development goals and objectives
