Construction Superintendent — Heavy Civil

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations from project start through closeout. This role is responsible for driving production, managing crews and subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in earthwork, utilities, concrete, piling, and grading
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• CQM-C certification (preferred; required for government projects)
• Proficiency with field technology (iPad, reporting software, Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work outdoors full-time in active construction environments
