Estimator — Civil Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator who can take ownership of the bid process and help develop and guide the next generation of estimators at Cycle Construction, a leader in civil and marine construction across South Louisiana.

Requirements

• 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, structures, and marine scopes
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid (or similar estimating software)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction-related technology tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines independently
• Leadership mindset with willingness to guide and support others
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend site visits as needed
