Senior Land Development Manager

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development Manager to manage land development activities, supervise employees, and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in the development process. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of experience in land development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field
• Ten years of related experience and/or training
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to develop cost-effective solutions as challenges arise
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
