Finance Manager Belgium

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full responsibility for the financial and administrative operations of Dachser Belgium, ensuring accurate budgeting, clear financial reporting, solid compliance, and providing strategic support to management. As a key position, you will lead a local finance team, coordinate their work, and optimize administrative processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a financial management role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel)
• Language skills: fluent Dutch and French, very good English
• Proven leadership experience and strong communication skills
