Support and independent solution of IT-specific user requests at the Corporate IT Service Desk in Kempten. Collaboration with international teams and various specialist departments.

Requirements

• Completed education in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
• Safe IT basic understanding in the areas of clients, network, and M365 and ideally experience in support of common hardware and software solutions
• Good German and English skills in speech and writing
