Project Manager - Residential

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Project Manager to join our Residential team in Bellevue, WA. The candidate will manage all aspects of residential projects, including design, construction, and administration, to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in project management tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Self-confident and ability to lead architectural staff
• Strong skills in SketchUp modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM
• Completion of Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
• Commitment to professional growth
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
