We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated professional to join our team in a role that blends customer service with sales. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide the right coverage.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs, identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products, follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities, build strong, long-term relationships with customers, maintain accurate and organized customer records, support overall office goals through both service and sales efforts.
