Dallas Behavioral is a private psychiatric hospital that offers confidential no-cost assessments 24 hours 7 days a week, either on a walk-in basis, transfer, or referred by a professional in the community. Dallas Behavioral accepts most insurances including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Optum, Wellcare, Medicare, and many others. Behavioral outpatient services provides a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) 5 times a week and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) 3 days a week. These programs are during the day time from 9am to 230pm. There is also an IOP program in the Evenings for Adolescents called "Beginnings" that serves working families from 530pm to 830pm 3 times a week. RN House Supervisor (PRN)
Current RN license, two years of management experience, and experience in inpatient mental health settings required
Therapist - Art, Music or Recreational Therapy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., recreational therapy, music therapy). Art Therapists must have Masters degree. Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare field or combination education and experience required
Intake RN - Nights (Rotating 12 - hours Shifts)
ADN or BSN, 2 years of clinical experience, valid Texas RN license
Patient Access Representative
High school degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of admitting and/or financial counseling experience
Patient Access Representative 3pm - 11pm
High school degree, three to five years of admitting and/or financial counseling experience, and knowledge of governmental and managed care payer requirements
Mental Health Tech - FT - Nights
High school diploma, CPR, MANDT, 2 years clinical experience
Purchasing Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalency, 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or healthcare, excellent organization and communication skills
Outpatient Therapist (M-F, Full-time)
Master’s degree in relevant field, LMFT/LCSW license required, 2+ years clinical experience, basic PC skills required
Medical Records Clerk
High school degree or equivalent required, One year clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred, Basic PC skills
Inpatient Therapist PRN Weekend
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology, 2 years of experience in healthcare, bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
