Commodity Manager - Asia

Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Commodity Manager to lead end-to-end procurement strategies for dedicated commodity across Asia. The position is responsible for developing and implementing cost-reducing strategies, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, managing supplier relationships, driving supply chain resillency and overseeing procurement activities.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and direction for the category core team related to all aspects of procurement and develop key strategies to support future business success. Collaborate with the Global Commodity Leader to support global commodity strategies and execution, providing regional insights on pricing trends, supplier capabilities and market risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 7 Years in MNCs of relevant experience (eg., Sourcing, Procurement, Technology, Engineering, or Project Management)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead others to solve complex problems
• Demonstrated critical & analytical thinking
• Adaptability to manage competing priorities and deliver sustainable results
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
• Fluent written and oral English
