Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring Customer Excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Radiometer analyzers. This position is part of the Customer Support function located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do

Advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers for the assigned installed base. Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated.

Requirements

• University graduation in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in healthcare industry in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment, expert in troubleshooting, Networking/connectivity setup and IT system upgrades, basic command prompts command, connectivity testing of devices with middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
