IT-Support Intern

Role Overview

As an IT Supporter intern in Radiometer, you will assist in supporting and maintaining our internal associates with 1st and 2nd level IT challenges and requests. You will work in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support.

What You Will Do

Manage hands-on and remote IT support to end-users, administration of user accounts, permissions, access, and application support, procurement, installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services, network patching and general hardware support.

Requirements

• IT Supporter or Data Technician education
• English fluently in speech and writing
