Job description
The Senior Software Test Engineer is responsible for driving software quality through the development and execution of robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and validation activities that ensure reliable, compliant, and high-performing software products. This position is an on-site role, reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, and is part of the Software Engineering - R&D organization located in Loveland, CO.
Own and execute test strategies for software products, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Partner cross-functionally with software development, hardware development, product management, and quality teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering. Proficiency with test automation frameworks and programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript are also required.
