Supplier Quality Manager

Role Overview

The Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for leading a team that secures reliable and compliant products. The role involves overseeing supplier selection & approval, material qualification, material control, and supplier development activities. The person will represent Supplier Quality on development, manufacturing, and product improvement projects.

What You Will Do

Directly manage Supplier Quality team, engage and develop talent, establish and drive clear objectives for the team, collaborate with Operations, maintain and improve processes, and provide guidance to Operations and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years exp. OR Master’s degree with 7+ years exp.
• Minimum 2 years of people management
• Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25lb

• Annual salary range $130,000 to $160,000
