Application and Field Engineer

The Application and Field Engineer will support the effective implementation of electronic controllers and meters through technical training, application support, and site activation activities. The role will play a key role in ensuring proper installation, smooth system startup, and high adoption of solutions by customers in key applications such as data centers and supermarkets, as well as supporting testing and validation in our laboratory in Tuchom.

Requirements

• Technical training of clients, partners, and internal teams on controllers and meters, including application configuration and best practices
• Application engineering support including parameterization, solution selection, problem-solving, and technical documentation
• Support for system activation on sites (data centers and supermarkets) ensuring proper operation and handover to operations
• Execution and documentation of FAT tests in the Tuchom laboratory in accordance with specified test plans and acceptance criteria
