Global Manufacturing Engineer

As a Global Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, industrialize, and optimize global production processes for Danfoss Data Center Liquid Cooling. You will drive plant-level standardization of manufacturing processes, documentation, and performance systems across the global manufacturing network. Your expertise will empower teams to achieve operational efficiency and product reliability, ensuring Danfoss remains a leader in manufacturing innovation.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing processes across all DCLC production sites.
• Lead industrialization efforts for new products, including process definition and tooling development.
• Drive global Lean initiatives to harmonize best practices and eliminate process variation.
• Collaborate with Quality engineering to develop globally consistent PFMEAs and control plans.
• Partner with R&D and Operations to ensure new product designs support standardized manufacturing requirements.
