Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager

You will play a critical role in keeping our scroll compressor operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently as the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager. Your work will directly impact productivity, cost, and delivery performance, and you will develop and inspire a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance in a high-volume industrial or assembly environment
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing processes and maintenance systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable operational improvements
• Hands-on experience with structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in both Spanish and English
