Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a China cross-functional project team and successfully deliver the business case. The Program Manager will develop Program Management plans, ensure program priority is understood, and drive scope and scope change management.

Requirements

• Develops Program Management plans for medium complexity programs
• Ensures the program priority is understood and program is properly staffed
• Drives scope and scope change management as well as holds regularly scheduled team meetings
• Uses tools to assess program health and trends
• Identify, quantify and manage risks & opportunities
• Assesses and validates customer wants, needs and pain points
• Takes full accountability for programs and seeks to influence others
• Establishes strong relationships with cross-functional leadership and key customers
