Sourcing Project Manager

The Sourcing Project Manager will play a key role in management of procurement projects in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role drives category strategies, negotiates key contracts, and partners cross-functionally to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization & complex environment.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• English can be used as a daily working language.
• E-motor or invertor manufacturing background is a plus.
