Golf Course Equipment Operator

The Golf Course Equipment Operator performs maintenance and upkeep of the golf course and its facilities using various equipment, with a focus on achieving high quality and service standards. The role involves operating small and large mowing and maintenance equipment, as well as working in an outside environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions
• Good hand / eye coordination along with mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in an outside environment that can have extremes in temperature and light to moderate rainfall
• Ability to lift a 50 pound bag of fertilizer or seed
• Ability to operate, maneuver and walk behind a mower for several hours at a time
