
Job description
Manage a portfolio of 30-40 existing Darktrace customers to maximize their utility from Darktrace deployments and grow their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This role is hybrid with minimum 3 days a week in our London office.
Conduct business reviews, present Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensure customers are set up for success, and manage customer escalations.
You should have a passion to learn about cybersecurity and AI, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, or similar roles.
