Engine Repair Coordinator

The Engine Repair Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the timely fulfilment of open repair orders by creating and managing Repair Orders, building strong relationships with repair vendors, and analyzing repair vendor quotes to optimize cost savings.

Requirements

• Create and manage Repair Orders
• Build strong relationships with repair vendors
• Review and analyze repair vendor quotes
• Strategically allocate piece parts from stock and/or stock purchase
• Negotiate repair vendor cost
• Enter and approve repair vendor quotes
• Proactively generate repair order reports
• Follow up on outstanding issues
• Support the Sales Department
• Assist the Receiving Department
• Support the Accounts Payable Department
