Registered Nurse III - East Texas

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse III provides comprehensive nursing services to students, faculty, staff, and community members participating in the East Texas Nursing Mobile Clinic program. The role operates and maintains the Mobile Clinic, including inventory and requisition of medical supplies, medications, and equipment.

What You Will Do

Provides direct patient care, patient evaluations, and treatment in accordance with Professional Nursing Standards. Maintains the highest standards of nursing practice and participates in reflective practice.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have four years of clinical nursing experience, an Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience, and a Texas RN license in good standing.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four years of clinical nursing experience
• Texas RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• State of Texas class 'C' vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
