Data Intellect is seeking a seasoned kdb+ developer to lead technical delivery on client projects, design and implement robust kdb+ architectures, and drive innovation in kdb+, q, and adjacent technologies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hands-on kdb+/q development and time-series data solutions
• Proven experience designing and implementing kdb+ architectures and scaling kdb+ systems in production
• Strong background in Unix/Linux environments and scripting
• Demonstrated technical leadership and decision-making in fast-paced projects
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in capital markets or investment banking—you understand the domain and its demands
• A passion for clean, performant code and continuous improvement
