Engineering Manager - Core Experiences

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Core Experiences Platform Org in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our team, you will build and operate highly available and scalable platforms that serve multiple products in Databricks, enabling seamless scalability and operation across various geographic regions and clouds.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing teams that build and operate high-volume distributed systems in a SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and building platforms and services which serve multiple product teams and customers
• Experience in scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+
• Great at hiring and developing talent, especially leadership
• Great at creating efficient processes that increase velocity and quality
• Team player that will work with other departments (PM, CS) and engineering teams.
