Manager, Field Engineering - Strategic Digital Native Business

As the manager of the Digital Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs, driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing tech companies. This role will work in close collaboration with sales, services, product, and engineering to drive solutions and outcomes for these highly technical customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product
• 3+ years of experience building and leading technical customer-facing teams
• A history of building a territory, growing strategic accounts, and exceeding targets
