Sr. Engagement Manager, LATAM

The Senior Engagement Manager is a trusted advisor within the Professional Services organization to account teams and customers in Latin America (LATAM) for successful implementation and value realization. The role involves leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with minimal oversight, navigating ambiguous scenarios to drive significant impact on assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
• Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including Partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
