We are seeking a People Business Partner to work closely with leadership and our People team to support our global organization. This role will support employees and work strategically on all People programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Represent our global PBP team to partner with employees and leadership
- Advise, coach, and influence management on people-related topics
- Build and advise on People policies, guidelines, and programs
- Provide analysis and consulting to leadership
- Assess employee development needs and implement solutions
- Handle complex global employee relations issues
