
Job description
Join Datadog's Technical Solutions team as a Technical Support Engineer 1, where you'll engage with customers via multiple channels to identify and resolve technical support requests while educating clients on the use of the platform. You'll work in a hybrid workplace, collaborating with internal teams and contributing to product conversations based on client feedback.
Reproduce technical issues, dive into Datadog's 600+ integrations, and train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product area(s).
We're looking for self-motivated, detail-attentive, and client-centric individuals with a desire for continuous learning, strong communication skills, and some programming experience. Experience in multi-channel technical support, a Computer Science/Engineering major, and active contribution to open-source projects are a plus.
