Technical Support Engineer 2 (Brazil)

We are Datadog's in-house product experts, providing technical support to customers via multiple channels and educating them on the use of the platform. Our team is collaborative, pragmatic, and thoughtful, and we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer 2 to join us.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company
• Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
• Previous technical troubleshooting and/or programming experience
