Level 4 Technician

Role Overview

Responsible for oversight and on-site installation supervision across multiple Service Provider customers. Work with project managers to foster long-term client relationships and operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and test equipment.

What You Will Do

Perform circuit modifications, software adds or upgrades, power transition work, and oversee volatile work activities. Lead verification, analysis of job specifications and drawings, and provide work assignments to crew.

8+ years' experience working in a Central Office Environment, deep understanding of fiber installation standards and procedures, and strong technical knowledge of cabling standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience working in a Central Office Environment
• Deep understanding of fiber installation standards and procedures
• DC Power cabling experience
• Cable testing (fiber, copper, coax) experience
• Prior experience successfully leading installations
• Valid driver license with a clean driving history
• Strong technical knowledge of cabling standards
• Able to work at tall heights and lift 50+ pounds
