We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Business Strategy Manager who can drive scalable growth by combining data-driven marketing, strategic planning, and business optimization.
Requirements
- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, Marketplaces).
- Plan and optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to identify high-impact growth levers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to improve user experience and conversions.
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Prepare growth forecasts, business plans, and strategic reports for leadership.
- Support pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product launches.
- Monitor key business KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
