Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with all customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach, to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience.

Welcome all customers, use all systems to manage customer flow, maintain service vows, provide an exceptional service experience, proactively address customer concerns, and promote alteration services and personalization options.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent degree
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
