Regional Director Northeast Region

Role Overview

The Regional Director leads the performance of assigned Store Managers to achieve Regional operational excellence and is accountable for ensuring that we meet performance targets including sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, payroll, shrink and employee engagement/turnover.

What You Will Do

Drives foundational excellence within assigned region, creates a sales and customer service culture, and ensures the right talent and capability in the region through on-going development, assessments, and Workforce Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of district management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and Social Media/Brand Ambassador
